We suggests that you send us the highest file possible for your image. Most household camera have the capability of producing files perfect for us. Just make sure you are not sending through web compressed images.
Finally - your image will be resized, cropped if necessary and inserted into your beautiful new piece of jewellery and delivered in our Astills Custom box within 3 weeks of confirmation of Order.
