*Production time of all Personalised Jewellery products takes approx. 3 weeks from confirmation of Order.

*If you would like any of the pictures to be black and white or sepia, please indicate that in your email.

*Your pictures will incur cropping and edited to fit beautifully in the jewellery selected. Each picture will then be covered with a clear, jewellery grade resin or a resin dome, depending on purchase.

* For most effective visual effect,  please choose simple, close-up images. Cropped in faces are great!!  If you want to use a picture with several people in it, please make sure the people are photographed close together. Occasionally we may suggest that you choose a different photograph than the one you submit because the picture won't fit correctly cropped to the correct sizing for the Jewellery selected.

* We have a refund policy of thirsty days. If you are unhappy with your product we are happy to refund as long as the product is returned within 30 days of delivery.

* Please note carefully our product sizes and descriptions before purchasing. We use a range of Sterling Silver, Sterling Silver Plated and Antique Brushed. We also have Copper Items and Pewter.
